Pinerolese DOC Barbera

Grape 100% Barbera Pinerolese. A sister wine to Bifa, crafted from the same harvest but taking a different vinification route. Aged for 8 months in a 1000 L barrel with a light toast, it unveils an aromatic complexity on the nose. The palate is first greeted by a smooth, velvety entry, leading to a striking balance of lively acidity and ripe red fruit nuances.

Grape 100% Freisa Pinerolese. During harvest, we focus on achieving full phenolic ripeness, with late picking to ensure optimal flavor development. The wine is then aged for 8 months in large oak barrels, allowing it to mature gracefully. The natural high acidity preserves the wine’s exceptional freshness and vibrant character.
GROS D'HENRY
Pinerolese DOC Doux D'Henry

Grape variety 100% Doux D'Henry. Delicate destemming with subsequent fermentation and maceration on the skins at a controlled temperature (30°). Aged in steel and in the bottle. Fresh and fruity aroma, soft and harmonious flavor are the characteristics that are found in the glass.

FACTA
Metodo Classico Bianco 34 mesi

Grape variety 100% Doux D'Henry. Crushing and destemming followed by pressing to make a white vinification in steel tanks. Second fermentation in bottle and aging on the lees for at least 34 months and then ending with disgorgement. Notes of bread crust, dried fruit and white flowers characterize it.
